Event Formats

Imagine Well Being hosts Well-Being Events using a variety of engaging formats.

Our Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation classes are taught by certified instructors, using their talents as a gift to the community.
We also offer half-day Workshops that focus on Mindful Relationships and Writing in Nature.
Our full and half-day Retreats provide a break from the stresses of day-to-day life to focus on inner well-being including contemplation in nature and artistic expression.
