• What we’ll do

If you’re planning to participate in this year’s Wreaths Across America wreath placement, and would like to join others to do this as a group, please feel free to join us.

We’ll be meeting inside the cemetery at the corner of Eisenhower and York avenues at around 8:45 am, (gates open at 8:30), and from there, will queue at the nearest trailers to pick up and place the wreaths, continuing until all are done (takes around an hour and a half, iirc.)

Metro is *highly* recommended; the system opens at 7:00, and expect crowds; I’d recommend you take the earliest train (7:08 from Wiehle, which gets you to the cemetery at 7:53.)

From the Arlington stop, make your way to the Welcome Center for screening, and from there, walk Eisenhower avenue to York. Use the following site to navigate and, if you have specific gravesites you wish to visit, can find it there as well: http://ancexplorer.army.mil/publicwmv/

You don’t have to signup to participate, but if you wish to, or to sponsor a wreath, can do so here:

• What to bring – only water is permitted, no food or drink, and leave any bulky backpacks at home to expedite security screening.
