We will gather at the Bear’s Den Hostel to celebrate and welcome the early signs of spring with a journey inward, together and outward that promises renewal in mind, body and soul.
We will meet in the upper Bear’s Den parking lot by the hostel $3.00 parking fee cash box (not the lower VDOT lot by Rt. 7)
We will enjoy a 1.5 mile round trip meditative hike, some gentle yoga stretches, a time of reflection at beautiful Bear’s Den Overlook and a campfire with S’mores near the hostel.
I will provide roasting sticks, marshmallows and graham crackers…bring your own Hershey bar 🙂 I will provide roasting sticks and insulated sit-upons.
I look forward to sharing the gift of community and transforming mindfulness practices in nature as we enjoy the early signs of spring together!
