Join us ONLINE for Chair Flow Yoga for Stress Relief and Renewal from 1:30-2:30 pm.
You don’t have to do a headstand or tie yourself up in knots to
reap the benefits of this gentle practice designed for all levels.
Chair yoga is a great way to relax from head to toe without the
stress of getting out of your chair!
Open your hips, move your shoulders and neck, and find
length in your spine by doing yoga poses in a seated position.
We’ll target the systems of the body: digestive, nervous and
endocrine; and, most importantly, the lymphatic system to boost
immunity and cleanse the entire body.
Ground your mind and body, and calm your soul with this 60 minute chair flow.

• Yoga strap or belt
June Knesl is a RYT 200 and has special training in Chair and Lymphatic Yoga. She is passionate about the healing and restorative power of yoga in her own life and loves introducing these practices to people of all ages and abilities.
