Chair Yoga is accessible to first timers and all levels and ages.
This workshop is designed to empower you to do these beneficial yoga poses at home or in the workplace.
The workshop will include hip, neck and shoulder openings as well as bring blood flow to the joints in the body including strengthening the musculature around the spine.
We will also target the Lymphatic system to boost immunity and cleanse the entire body.
June has been practicing mindfulness and yoga for over 25 years and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with a speciality in Chair and Lymphatic Yoga. June is passionate about creating a community of warm welcome for those who are physically unable to participate in a traditional yoga class
