Compassionate Conversations (formerly Beer, Conversation and Spirituality) will focus on listening, self-awareness, and learning from one another with non-judgment and non-striving. Compassionate conversations are not easy work, and yet we believe it is what the world needs most right now.

Practicing compassionate conversations is essential to healing our divisions so that we can begin to see that we are one human race agreeing on more than we think. Every month we bring forth topics and questions that provide participants with an opportunity to practice.

We reserve the 1st 7-8 minutes for participants to join and will start the conversation promptly @ 7:08 pm.

For the next few months, we’ll be following practices developed by Rick Hanson in his book called Just One Thing. The book explores simple practices that can help you use your mind to transform your life, over time, in a very big way.

During these discussions we will explore several mindfulness practices to use when engaging with the world around us. As Rick says, “the details are complex, but the key point is simple: how you use your mind changes your brain – for better or worse.” This month we’ll be talking about how practicing curiosity brings reward in daily life.

Dave Norman is one of the founders of Imagine Well Being and passionately believes in the transforming power of intentional community and mindfulness practice. He has many years of experience in contemplative practice and spiritual leadership. Dave believes in the profound importance of building bridges of understanding and compassion in this tumultuous time of change.

Pam Dilucente is on the Imagine Well Being Lead Team and believes in the transforming power of intentional community and mindfulness meditation with a focus on self-compassion.

I understand and agree that all classes, gatherings and workshops are undertaken at my sole risk and that Imagine Well Being guides and instructors shall not be liable for injuries or damages to my person or property arising out of or connected to any of these activities.

I authorize Imagine Well Being guides and instructors to call 911 in the event that I appear to require emergency medical care, and I assume responsibility for all associated costs.

I have carefully read this agreement and understand its contents. I agree that it is a complete release of liability for any injuries or damage that I may sustain due to Imagine classes, gatherings, and workshops.
