During our 90 minute workshop we will learn about the 3 basic needs that you can provide to backyard birds. These needs are more difficult to be met during the cold, harsh winter months.

Linda Colucci loves sharing her life long love for nature and all the creatures that inhabit the natural world. She is a DVM and is currently practicing her care animals by educating the public about our local and regional backyard birds. She works at Wild Birds Unlimited in Ashburn Village.

Cathy Norman is a RYT 200 and meditation instructor who passionately believes in the power of restoration, renewal and healing as we connect to the natural world in our own back yard or in the beauty of the Blue Ridge mountains.
