We will gather together to experience and learn more about the power of mindful gratitude designed to enrich our Sunday morning and our daily lives.

The concept that “we will find what we are looking for” will be our central focus as both learn and experience creative and practical ways to cultivate gratitude and mindfully find new ways of seeing.

During our hour together we will:

Experience a Grateful Relaxation Body Scan

Creatively collect Gratitude Symbols in your home and/or yard

Share Gratitude Symbols together

Closing Gifts of Gratitude

Cathy is a Integral Hatha Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and has been meditating for over 20 years. She believes in the transforming power of meditative awareness in mind, body and soul. She has completed Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction training and in Contemplative Leadership through the Shalem Institute. Cathy is a Virginia Master Naturalist and delights in helping others find mindful awareness in the natural world to bring daily renewal and restoration.
