The high will be 50 degrees on Saturday! We will meet in the main parking lot of Morven Park just before 10:00 am and enjoy the beauty of the mature trees and beautiful meadows on this property. This 2.5 hour forest soaking experience to bring renewal and peace in mind, body and soul.
The hike will be a 2 mile loop with level areas and some small hills.
The forest soaking will include moments in the gardens with mature magnolia trees before we move on to the lovely forest path to encounter the sounds of silence, a cascading small creek and wildlife along the pathway.
We will eat our packed lunch or snack as part of the experience together.

Cathy Norman is a Hatha Yoga instructor (RYT 200), a meditation instructor and a Virginia Master Naturalist who enjoys introducing people to the restorative gifts of intentional presence in the natural world.
