We will meet in the main parking lot at Morven Park just before 09:00 am. This forest soaking experience is intended to bring renewal and peace in mind, body, and soul.

The hike will be a two mile loop that will include some modest hills. We will soak in the beauty of the mature trees in the formal gardens and then walk on a lovely forest path where we will encounter the sounds of silence, a cascading small creek, and wildlife.

We will eat our packed lunch or snack as part of the experience together.
