We will gather in warm, supportive community to share and explore the power of mindful gratitude designed to enrich our Sunday morning and apply in our daily lives. Sharing in ongoing intentional community has been found to increase well-being in mind, body and soul.
During our hour together we will:
Explore the gifts of wonder found in unexpected places
Experience a Creative Gratitude Practice
Engage in Meaningful Conversation and/or Listening
Cathy is a Integral Hatha Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and has been meditating for over 20 years. She believes in the transforming power of meditative awareness in mind, body and soul. She has completed Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction training and in Contemplative Leadership through the Shalem Institute. Cathy is a Virginia Master Naturalist and delights in helping others find mindful awareness in the natural world to bring daily renewal and restoration.
Dave Norman is one of the founders of Imagine Well Being and passionately believes in the transforming power of intentional community and mindfulness practice. He has many years of experience in contemplative practice and spiritual leadership. Dave believes in the profound importance of building bridges of understanding and compassion in this tumultuous time of change.
