We will gather on Saturday from 1:30-4:00 pm for a combination of yoga and hiking.
Please bring a yoga mat, a large towel or small blanket and wear comfortable clothing.
We will do a full 90 minute Hatha practice and a series of half mile loops walking for exercise ending with a mindful, meditative hike.
We will conclude our time with an inspirational video from the widely read neuropsychologist, Rick Hanson and a time of reflection on our values and hopes for the new year.
