We will gather on Sunday, December 20th from 10-12:30 pm to celebrate the holidays together and learn about the natural science of the changing of the seasons recognizing the formal celebration of winter solstice on December 21st.
We will also enjoy some traditional mindfulness practices including some gentle yoga, seated meditation and walking meditation.
We will enjoy some fruit and traditional holiday stollen for our light refreshments that morning.
We will close our time with the lighting of a Yule log and roast some chestnuts to remember the increasing moments of sunlight and warmth that the holidays and the winter solstice invites.
There will be an option of some extended time in silence if you would like to stay by the fire or in the studio.
