Imagine Well Being is offering an exciting new course to enhance your own well-being, called Imagine Being Well.
This course will draw from the 12 Pillars of well-being created by neuropsychologist, Dr. Rick Hanson: https://www.rickhanson.net/. We highly recommend Rick’s practical and inspiring books and teaching tools. We are grateful we have his permission to adapt material from his Foundations of Well Being course: https://www.thefoundationsofwellbeing.com/

Imagine Being Well will continue monthly until all 12 Pillars are incorporated as a pathway to help us imagine and experience the growth of wellness in body, mind and spirit.
Each week is stand-alone–you don’t have to attend every week to benefit.
Pam Dilucente is on the Imagine Well Being Lead Team and believes in the transforming power of intentional community and mindfulness meditation with a focus on self-compassion.
Nan enjoys participating in and leading Imagine Well Being events. She has learned a lot from Rick Hanson’s books and teachings and is eager to share that information with others.
Dave Norman is one of the founders of Imagine Well Being and passionately believes in the transforming power of intentional community and mindfulness practice. He has many years of experience in contemplative practice and spiritual leadership. Dave believes in the profound importance of building bridges of understanding and compassion in this tumultuous time of change.

I understand and agree that all classes, gatherings and workshops are undertaken at my sole risk and that Imagine Well Being guides and instructors shall not be liable for injuries or damages to my person or property arising out of or connected to any of these activities.
I authorize Imagine Well Being guides and instructors to call 911 in the event that I appear to require emergency medical care, and I assume responsibility for all associated costs.
I have carefully read this agreement and understand its contents. I agree that it is a complete release of liability for any injuries or damage that I may sustain due to Imagine classes, gatherings, and workshops.
