Every month we gather to discuss our experiences with a certain book. The purpose is to learn from each other’s perspective. We will share something new we learned from our personal reading, how the book applies to our everyday living and then enter into conversation that will engage both our minds and hearts. Every month we have a lot of fun sharing and learning from each other.

O have taken an eight-week course in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction as presented by Jon Kabat Zinn. The course very helpful and insightful and what Meng has done is make all the practices very practical and fun. You will enjoy this life-changing book and the added conversation in the group.
