Valentine’s Day Gratitude Gathering Lovingkindness
Inspiration, meditation, and a creative practice to warm
our hearts on this day.

Learn how to strengthen the awe and wonder of nature
with this creative and renewing practice.
Friday, Feb. 19th, 5-6 pm
Mindful Happy Hour Meditation
A great way to end the week with guided and silent meditation
and some time for group sharing.
Sunday, Feb. 21st, 11-12 pm
Breath: Your Portal to Peace
You can re-learn how to breathe in a way that will support
you daily during times of stress.
Sunday, Feb. 28th, 1:30- 3:00 pm
Create a Collage with Mindfulness
Join with others to have fun and mindfully create a
collage reflecting your personal hopes.
IMAGINE WELL BEING MEDITATION IN NATURE
Imagine Well Being Meditative Hiking is currently suspended because of
safety concerns regarding the more contagious COVID19 variants.
Here is a wonderful article to enrich your time in nature.
We believe that when people mindfully connect to nature and recognize that
we are part of nature, caring for the earth becomes an embodied value.
