Integral Hatha Yoga will be offered on the second or third Saturday morning of every month from 9:30-10:45 am. as a four session series. Each monthly Saturday morning class will be posted on Meetup.  This month’s class is scheduled for Oct 15th.

First-timers and drop-ins are welcome though ongoing practice brings transformative benefit in attaining more calmness of mind and flexibility and strength in the body.

There is no charge for the class as it is a gift from the Imagine Crossroads community to our local community. We do encourage that you offer an act of unseen service as a way to bless others and “pay it forward”.

This Hatha Yoga class will include postures, breath work and meditation with a focus on overall wellness and wholeness of body, mind and spirit now clinically recognized in improving overall health and wellness.

The class will  benefit beginners and advanced yoga practitioners with a specific focus on mindful awareness of the body and breath integrated as a moving meditation.

All people are welcome without discrimination.
