By RSVP’ing to attend this event, you agree to release Imagine Well Being and Let’s Take a Hike from Suburbia from any liability. Please review the Liability Release Agreement below.

Please join us for a beauty inspired meditation and nature walk through the State Arboretum of Virginia at Blandy Experimental Farm.

Meet at 10:00 by the picnic tables between the parking lot and Peetwood Pavillion (see map link below).

We begin with some relaxation breaths and intentions. As we unwind, can feel nature around us. Then, we will start our nature walk, covering about 2-3 miles on paths and over grass. The pace will be slow, as we’ll likely pause to take in the sights, sounds, and smells of the Arboretum. Expect to hear birds, see the trees blooming, smell the spring flowers and much more.

Our journey ends back at the picnic area just before noon. Feel free to stay, soaking up more nature, reading poetry or drawing.

Post-hike, the Boyce area offers many opportunities for additional hiking, Shenandoah River views and lunch.

Visit the Blandy website for map, orientation, wildflower guide and other nature related brochures.

Water, bug repellent, good walking shoes, chair/towel to sit on (optional).
