The fall weather looks perfect for a guided meditative nature walk and mini-retreat this Sunday 1-4 pm at Blueridge Summit Retreat (Cathy’s home).
DO NOT USE GPS – Directions: Go Rt. 7 West past Round Hill and after you pass Bluemont look for the flashing sign. Turn left on Blueridge Mountain Road (601) for 5 miles. After passing the FEMA fences continue one mile until you see the 3rd mailbox on the right. An Imagine banner will mark the driveway. Enjoy the BEAUTIFUL drive as the beginning of the retreat
The beautiful mountain property adjoins hundreds of acres of undeveloped land and is designed for rest and renewal in nature.
We will also allow time for quiet rest on the lawn or in the forest on a chair, bench or blanket bathing in the sun or resting in the shade.
We will close our time together with a campfire and enjoy some cider and light refreshments together.
We will roast some apples in foil and invite you to bring anything you might want to roast on the campfire 🙂
I look forward to seeing each of you.
