Mindful Sunday Mornings meet twice a month (second and fourth Sundays) at the Blue Ridge Summit Retreat Studio on Mt. Weather near Bluemont.
Blue Ridge Summit Retreat Studio sits on 11.67 acres, includes a lovely walking path on the mountainside with quiet coves and benches for sitting to observe nature. You will be guided through some gentle yoga and mindfulness practices including a meditative walk.
There is no charge for this gathering. It begins at 9:00 am and conclude at 10:30 am with an option of another 30 minutes for simple refreshments and conversation after our practices.
Mindful Sunday Morning is co-led by Nan McCarry and Cathy Norman
Nan McCarry is a Virginia Master Naturalist and a Landscape for Life instructor and has been practicing yoga for over 20 years – Cathy is an Integral Hatha Yoga instructor – RYT 200 National Yoga Alliance, a Mindfulness Meditation Instructor and a Certified Virginia Master Naturalist
