• What we’ll do
“If you change your brain, you can change your life.” Buddha’s Brain – Rick Hanson, Ph.D.
We will begin our class with 15 minutes of gentle yoga (you may use a chair or a mat) and breathing to calm and relax the body in the evidenced based tradition. We will then spend 30 minutes reflection and discussion on the book, Buddha’s Brain covering specific chapters each week during the month of February. We will conclude our time with a 20 minute meditation and close with a final blessing.
Introduction to Buddha’s Brain
