A significant number of others who have taken this class have reported how mindfulness has given them a tool to address stress and anxiety and improve the quality of their lives. Hope to see you there.

Bob has completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course (University of Massachusetts Medical Center-Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn) and integrates mindfulness into his commute, profession and relationships. Bob very much enjoys sharing his experience with the “miracle of mindfulness” and showing the positive influence that learning these skills can have on all of our lives.
This class complements the Mindful Integral Yoga practice that is offered on Tuesday nights and the monthly Breath and Meditation class integrating mind/body/soul stress reduction in a fully inclusive, welcoming community.
