This experience is designed for first time meditators and experienced practitioners will benefit as well. Each session is a stand alone and will focus on mindfulness meditation practice (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction-U Mass Medical Center) and community reflection after the brief teaching video.
It is helpful to come as often as you can to receive full benefit of the practices and the supportive, welcoming community.

Welcome – Intention – 5-7 mins
10 minute sit – 10 mins.
Palouse Video and Reflection Discussion – (Mindful Listening)- 30 mins.
Body Scan or Seated Yoga Nidra – 10 mins.
