All are welcome to this twice monthly meditation gathering whether you are a first timer or an experienced practitioner. This experience will focus on mindfulness meditation, self-compassion, chair yoga and community conversation to inspire and equip first timers or experienced meditators in evidenced-based mindfulness meditation.
This is a great way to strengthen your meditation practice in a warm, supportive community.

10 minute sit – 10 mins.
Palouse Video and Reflection Discussion – (Mindful Listening)- 30 mins.
Body Scan or Seated Yoga Nidra – 10 mins.
