(Please do not use your GPS – Take Rt. 7 W past Round Hill and Bluemont and turn left at the flashing yellow lights on Blueridge Mountain Rd. (601). Proceed 5 miles until you see the FEMA facility and then continue 1 mile. You will see a diamond shaped school bus sign and turn at the 3rd mailbox on your right. There will be an Imagine banner at the entrance to the driveway.)
We will gather at Blueridge Summit Retreat (Norman’s home) from 10:00-12:00 noon for Outdoor Hatha Yoga (1 hour) a Mountain Path Walking Meditation (30 mins) and Mindful Rest (20 mins) on a hammock, bench or laying out on a tarp. Please bring a yoga mat (I have extras available) and a large towel for some restorative yoga poses.
We will conclude with a shared meal (bring your own picnic lunch) and conversation around the new outdoor gathering space. The Rhododendrons are extraordinary and we will light the Chiminea’s for fun!
I will provide an iced herbal peppermint tea, warm teas, water and coffee.
