Join a relaxed yet focused series of yoga classes at our mountain top studio near Bluemont, Virginia. There is no charge for these classes as we encourage paying this gift forward through daily acts of service.
We will begin on Wednesday, March 20th and meet six consecutive weeks. Each class will be a stand alone so attendance at all six classes is not required for participation. We encourage attendance at all classes as the more often you practice the greater the benefit.
Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat (plenty of extras to borrow) and a large towel.
During each class we will explore and build a regular practice can be integrated at home and for every day engagement. Your practice will support a life of wellness, uniting and strengthening your body and mind.
We give special focus on yoga as support for meditation. No matter what your life path, the discipline of meditation will take you deeper into being present for whatever life serves up.
All levels are encouraged to attend. So if you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogini, these classes are designed to be helpful for your daily life.

Classes lead by George Drexel, a certified integrative yoga instructor, has been a yoga and meditation practitioner for over thirty years. He received his 200 hour teacher certificate from Joseph LePage in 2009.
