Appalachian Trail Hike to Waterfall: This two mile round trip hike will include a nature renewal hike to a beautiful waterfall including time to enjoy your packed lunch and reflect in quiet with a meditative fire beside the creek.

Soul Story: We will return to the Retreat Studio for a guided session to briefly review the life stages in your story integrating self-awareness and self-compassion and revisiting your core values and purpose in the beauty of nature.
