We look forward to welcoming you to the Imagine Well Being Studio on 11/14 from 10-1:30 pm to celebrate the beauty of fall and the practice of mindful art on beautiful Mt. Weather near Bluemont. No experience needed.

We will experience various mindfulness in nature practices including:
Fall Harvest Guided Meditation
Forest soaking nature walk – phone photos as mindful art
Mindful Watercolor Art
Watercolor card making
Community sharing

We will follow CDC Guidelines regarding the wearing of masks. For everyone’s peace of mind, we will ask that you wear a mask during indoor events.

A water bottle, packed lunch or snack
Extra layer of clothing for forecast (always colder on the mountain)

Jean lives in Clarke County. She enjoys nature and art, combining both through monthly nature walks. Jean is a trained hike leader, an EMT with Boyce Volunteer Fire Company and a seasonal scuba instructor with the Boy Scouts.

Cathy teaches yoga (RYT 200) and mindful meditation in the tradition of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She enjoys leading meditation in nature with a seasonal focus. She is a Virginia Master Naturalist.

With my RSVP, I hereby stipulate that I am physically sound to participate in this event.
I understand and agree that all classes, gatherings and workshops are undertaken at my sole risk and that Imagine Well Being guides and instructors shall not be liable for injuries or damages to my person or property arising out of or connected to any of these activities.

I authorize Imagine Well Being guides and instructors to call 911 in the event that I appear to require emergency medical care, and I assume responsibility for all associated costs.

I have carefully read this agreement and understand its contents. I agree that it is a complete release of liability for any injuries or damage that I may sustain due to Imagine classes, gatherings, and workshops.
