Welcome to Beer, Conversation and Spirituality (BC&S)!
Beer, Conversation, and Spirituality is for people to gather in a safe community that invites open conversation about real life matters. If you are looking for a place to talk about matters of life from a practical spiritual (non-religious) focus, then we invite you to join in the conversation. We will send out conversation details to all who sign up.
We reserve the 1st 30 minutes for introductions and will start the conversation promptly @ 7:30.
If for whatever reason you’re unable to attend, PLEASE change your RSVP to NO so that your slot becomes available for someone on the waitlist. Thank you!
TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION: Gratitude
With everything that is going on in the world today (political and racial unrest, weather/climate related challenges, etc), it is more important than ever to practice gratitude. Your hosts will share some of our own practices and resources and we will have some guided breathing exercises to accompany the act of gratitude.
Some questions to consider prior to the event:
· What is the true meaning of gratitude to you?
· How do you express gratitude?
· Does gratitude lead to a happier life?
