The gathering will be a Zoom meeting. When you RSVP, the meeting link will become visible in the event description under the words “Online event.” The link will also be sent out via email.
Restorative Yoga postures are held in supportive positions with blankets and other immune boosting and stress reducing elements.
Please have available a bolster or a rolled up yoga mat or blanket and pillows and cushions to support ourselves in the poses.
The class will include guided meditation for stress reduction.
June Knesl is a RYT 200 and has special training in Chair and Lymphatic Yoga. She is passionate about the healing and restorative power of yoga in her own life and loves introducing these practices to people of all ages and abilities.
