Please join us weekly ONLINE, via Zoom, for a combined chair-restorative yoga class (half an hour chair and half an hour restorative) designed to calm the nervous system and strengthen the immune system. Open your hips, move your shoulders and neck, and find length in your spine with relaxing, stress relief yoga poses without even having to get up off your chair. We will be transitioning to the floor or your bed to complete the hour with mindful anxiety reducing restorative poses. As the poses are held in a supported position, please have available some pillows or a rolled up yoga mat.
June Knesl is a RYT 200 and has special training in Chair and Lymphatic Yoga. She is passionate about the healing and restorative power of yoga in her own life and loves introducing these practices to people of all ages and abilities.
June also volunteers as an ESL teacher and is passionate about welcoming people from all over the world as she worked for the United Nations for many years.
