To celebrate Halloween we will visit a hidden treasure to hike a relatively flat, out and back 2.5 mile portion of the Potomac Heritage Trail.

We will experience a meditation (with an option for rock stacking) along the beautiful Potomac River. We will also clean up one small segment of the trail as an act of service for mother earth.

The clean up will be the last activity we do. It will be along the river where we will begin and end our hike. Please wear sturdy hiking shoes if you are going to help with the clean up.

I visited this site with Jackson last week and the leaves were spectacular.

We will meet at the Riverside Park lot just before 10:30 am. Look for the person with the orange backpack to mark our gathering space.

Please bring:
A snack or lunch and your water bottle
Bug spray, if needed
A couple of garbage bags and a pair of plastic gloves
