We usually hold a 2-4 hour hike, and they’ve been really fun, but this time we’d like to try something a little different.
In reality this will be more of an intentional time of connection with nature then a hike. We’ll walk some, hold a short group discussion near a waterfall and then have some individual quite time to soak in nature and hopefully recharge our internal batteries a bit. We can have a closing discussion as we walk back out to the cars.
All are welcome as this will be an experience that you can take and connect with as far as you want. Some of us may connect everything to a higher being and others of us will be content to connect with nature. I believe that however you choose to participate you will leave refreshed and renewed.
Plan on setting aside about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
We’ll meet at the commuter lot a the corner of route 7 and Blue Ridge Mountain Rd. at 9am. We’ll carpool up to the trail head (limited parking) and begin our time together.
Hope to see you there – Glenn
