• What we’ll do
The weather looks perfect for forest soaking on Saturday. We will gather in the parking lot on for a 2.5 mile round trip hike at Red Rock Wilderness Overlook Regional Park.
We will enjoy a leisurely hike on the trails traversing the forest and bluffs just above the river. There are some ups and downs and the trail will be muddy is some places so wear appropriate footwear. There are no long steep ascents but some smaller hills to climb.
We will arrange a time for some Forest Soaking to deepen our experience in nature. https://www.npr.org/sections/health-shots/2017/07/17/536676954/forest-bathing-a-retreat-to-nature-can-boost-immunity-and-mood
