Nitin has been teaching meditation, breath-work and chair yoga within AT&T for almost 4 years now. So this particular one hour session comes out of his expertise in teaching holistic practices within corporate settings. After two years of dedicated and challenging work via the Living Well Project, he has specially tailored these practices to match the needs of corporate employees. You can use these simple practices at work, at your desk or in your cube to relax and recharge yourselves. He will share multiple techniques, which take no more than 5-7 minutes and Once you learn these techniques you can use each one as needed.
SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE: All of these techniques are being taught to people from all walks for life by world-renowned programs like MBSR(UMASS Amherst), Greater Good Science Center(UC Berkeley), Search inside Yourself (Google). Nitin also conducted a survey on the benefits of these sessions (with sample data from over 450 AT&T employees). The results were enlightening:
1. Based on the sampling of 440 people 94% of the respondents found the session beneficial.
2. Do you find these sessions valuable enough to recommend to other peers? The sessions had a strong showing here with a 78% Net Promoter Score(NPS). The industry NPS gold standard for training programs is 50% or higher.

Nitin Dogra has been practicing pranayama(breath therapy), mindfulness and restorative yoga since 2008.He has used the techniques to aid his healing journey with very serious chronic Eczema(skin condition). These practices have been a significant part of restoring Nitin to health without use of any medication.
Nitin started a community called the Living Well project within AT&T where he works to share these skills with others. His community started with 6 people and has expanded to 2000 people. In 2015 he was awarded the “Do One Thing” Champion award by AT&T and was also one of top 10 speakers at AT&T TEDx event in 2016. Nitin has now expanded the “Living Well Project” to the larger Northern Virginia community with one mantra “I am here to share”.
