Self-compassion is a vital resource for any of us to take along on the pathway way to well-being. Dr. Kristin Neff one of the most respected researchers in Self-Compassion says that self-compassion has a significant positive association with – Happiness, Optimism, Positive affect, Wisdom, Personal Initiative, Curiosity and exploration, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Extroversion.

In today’s world full of so much chaos filled with negative talk self-compassion is needed now more than ever. Beginning on Wednesday, November 11th, 7:00 – 8:30 PM Imagine will host an online conversation every other Wednesday centered around Dr. Kristin Neff’s The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook – A Proven Way to Accept Yourself, Build Inner Strength, and Thrive.

It is not necessary to purchase the workbook, yet it will enhance your experience. Each week’s gathering will be a “standalone”, meaning you do not have to attend each session in order to benefit from the conversations.

Dave Norman is one of the founders of Imagine Well Being and passionately believes in the transforming power of intentional community and mindfulness practice. He has many years of experience in contemplative practice and spiritual leadership. Dave believes in the profound importance of building bridges of understanding and compassion in this tumultuous time of change.

Pam Dilucente is on the Imagine Well Being Lead Team and believes in the transforming power of intentional community and mindfulness meditation with a focus on self-compassion. Pam has been personally integrating the work of Dr. Kristin Neff, a leader in the field of research based self-compassion, into her personal and professional life.

With my Rsvp, I hereby stipulate that I am physically sound to participate in all Imagine Well Being classes, gatherings, and workshops.

I understand and agree that all classes, gatherings and workshops are undertaken at my sole risk and that Imagine Well Being guides and instructors shall not be liable for injuries or damages to my person or property arising out of or connected to any of these activities.

I authorize Imagine Well Being guides and instructors to call 911 in the event that I appear to require emergency medical care, and I assume responsibility for all associated costs.

I have carefully read this agreement and understand its contents. I agree that it is a complete release of liability for any injuries or damage that I may sustain due to Imagine classes, gatherings, and workshops.
