Serenity Hatha Yoga for Stress Reduction will be an ongoing class offered on Tuesday evenings from 7:30-8:45 pm.
There is no charge for the class as it is a gift from the Crossroads community to our local community. We do encourage that you offer an act of unseen service as a way to bless others and “pay it forward”.
This Hatha Yoga class will include postures, breath work and meditation with a focus on overall wellness and wholeness of body, mind and spirit now clinically recognized in improving over health and wellness.
The class will benefit beginners and advanced yoga practitioners with a specific focus on mindful awareness of the body and breath integrated as a moving meditation.
The Serenity Prayer/intention is offered each week at the beginning of the yoga practice as a symbol of letting go of those things we cannot control. “Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change. The courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.”
All people are welcome without discrimination.
