“I am listening to seeds breaking open, to roots growing strong beneath the ground, To green shoots rising up from winter wombs. I am listening to thorns blossoming, To barren branches laughing out new growth, to wildflowers dancing through meadows…” Weidekher

LIABILITY RELEASE:
By RSVP’ing to attend this event, you agree to release Imagine Well Being from any liability. Please review the Liability Release Agreement below.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
We will gather to celebrate the many gifts of spring and how the season might invite inner awareness, guidance and inspiration. We are part of nature and our bodies also are attuned with seasonal changes that we can honor and celebrate together.

During our gathering we will experience various meditative practices in nature including a forest soaking walk, the science of equinox, a spring watercolor experience, and time to reflect on what is “springing forth” in our life and what needs “cultivating”. We will close our gathering with a time of sharing around a campfire with poetry and a spring blessing for all.

PREPARATION:
Please watch this short video on forest bathing to prepare for our forest soaking walk.
