We will celebrate the emergence of spring with a time for renewing body, mind and soul in the beauty of nature. We will gather at Blueridge Summit Retreat for a time spent in nature with a meditative walk, gentle yoga and mindfulness meditation. A time of reflecting on the science of spring equinox will be shared as we begin.
We will have some art supplies available for those who want to do a “rubbing” from something found in nature or reflect on the meditative nature walk with a word or image.
Please pack a lunch and bring a snack to share with others.
This workshop is designed to cultivate and renew your inner resources in mind, body and soul.
Cathy Norman is a Hatha Yoga (RYT 200) and mindfulness instructor and a Virginia Master Naturalist. Cathy lives at Blueridge Summit Retreat where the workshop will be held.
