Friends, We will meet at the Lower Bear’s Den Parking Lot to enjoy a contemplative 4.0 mile round trip hike with time to soak in the beauty of this lovely mountain stream. Watch this 2 minute video from Nat Geo to see the regenerative power of nature.

We will light a campfire down by the creek for popcorn (supplied) and S’mores (bring your own supplies).

Remember to bring your own water for the hike and campfire treats.

The 10 day forecast looks great for next Sunday!

I truly look forward to seeing each of you in this beautiful, renewing setting. Revisiting these beautiful places in our region is an invitation to deepen our connection and awareness to nature in a particular place.
