Do you have too much stress and anxiety in your life? Did you know that scientific studies has shown that regular mindfulness practice can significantly reduce stress, anxiety and even physical pain? Come join us for this three-week class that teaches a new way of “living in the moment” that surely will have a positive impact on your life and your well being.
Geared toward both beginners and seasoned practitioners, the sessions will introduce mindfulness and explore the impact that too much stress and anxiety can have on our lives. The class will also include several basic guided mindfulness meditations. Bob Lawrence is a seasoned mindfulness meditator who has recently taught several mindfulness-based stress reduction classes. He very much enjoys sharing with others the “miracle of mindfulness” and how they too can reap the benefits of regular mindfulness meditation.
