This Vinyasa Flow Yoga class will include a traditional Vinyasa Flow practice with a focus on renewal and relaxation. This class will incorporate breath, movement and mindfulness followed up with Savasana, the resting pose. This class is a wonderful way to tune your body, mind and soul as you prepare for the weekend.
• What to bring
Yoga mat, large towel or blanket. There are extra mats and blankets available to borrow, if needed.
Sara Peffley has been a physical therapist for over 27 years. She works full time at ILH primarily with concussion, vestibular and neurological patients. She has been an ACE certified personal trainer since 2010 and see private clients in her home. She is also a RYT 200 yoga teacher and runs an outdoor early morning power yoga class with weight training from May through September.
