Interested in learning about mindfulness and experiencing mindfulness meditation practices? These weekly sessions will provide a brief introduction to mindfulness and offer several basic mindfulness meditations. The sessions will be geared toward both beginners and seasoned meditators alike. They will teach a new way of “living in the moment” and demonstrate the benefits of mindfulness on stress, anxiety and a host of other daily struggles.
Bob Lawrence is a seasoned mindfulness meditation practitioner who has recently taught a number of mindfulness stress reduction classes that introduce mindfulness and demonstrate the benefits of regular meditation practice. Bob very much enjoys sharing his experience with the “miracle of mindfulness” and showing the positive influence that it can have on all of our lives.
