We will gather on beautiful Mt. Weather, near Bluemont, to welcome the season of Fall and soak in the beauty of nature and the wisdom of letting go of the things we cannot change or control
We will experience the mindful practices of reflection, gentle body movement, meditation in nature, a forest soaking walk, and will learn about why the Earth has seasons.
We look forward to seeing each of you as we welcome Fall to find more peace and freedom to “let go” as we consider the wise lessons and presence of peace in Mother Nature.
Cathy is a RYT (200) in the Integral Hatha Yoga tradition and integrates mindfulness into the practice of yoga with a seasonal nature focus. She teaches meditation in nature, mindful meditation in the tradition of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and is a Virginia Master Naturalist.

With my RSVP, I hereby stipulate that I am physically sound to participate in this event.
I understand and agree that all classes, gatherings and workshops are undertaken at my sole risk and that Imagine Well Being guides and instructors shall not be liable for injuries or damages to my person or property arising out of or connected to any of these activities.
I authorize Imagine Well Being guides and instructors to call 911 in the event that I appear to require emergency medical care, and I assume responsibility for all associated costs.
I have carefully read this agreement and understand its contents. I agree that it is a complete release of liability for any injuries or damage that I may sustain due to Imagine classes, gatherings, and workshops.
